At Coral Kids, we want you to love every purchase! If something isn't quite the right fit, we're happy to offer store crediton eligible returns.

Return Policy

  • We offer store credit only. We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in your store credit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Jewelry

  • Shoes

  • Undergarments

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item, please contact our Customer Care team within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

How You'll Receive Your Store Credit

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. If approved, your Coral Kids eGift Card will be emailed to you within 3 business days after your return has been processed.

Please note that store credit is not issued immediately when your return is delivered. All returned merchandise must first be inspected and approved.

Return Requirements

To qualify for store credit, returned merchandise must:

  • Be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Late Returns

Returns received after the 10-day return window may not be accepted. If a late return is approved, it may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount of store credit issued.
